Cucumber Sandwiches

These are nice little sandwiches to enjoy with your tea or a nice appetizer for dinner!

Gather a bowl and mix sour cream and cream cheese using a 1:1 ratio

Mix in garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste

Next sprinkle as much dill as you want along with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Spread the cream on both sides of the slices of bread and place THINLY sliced cucumbers in the middle.
