Here is the list of activities I enjoy doing as a form of self-care.

1️⃣ Hit the gym
To be honest , I was never a gym fan. Since , I had a kid , I realised that lifting weights 🏋️ surrounded by people in the gym motivates me as well. Going to the gym can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance as well ! I’m paying $2.50 at the active SG gym at this location.

2️⃣ Attend a ART workshop
I’ve recently attended a Marble Coaster Workshop and created the beautiful master piece. Going through the process was therapeutic and calming to focus on the activity. After attending, I collaborated with them on their workshops as well 🫢
3️⃣ Bus Ride
I enjoy taking bus rides without a location in mind. When I do this , normally I’m focusing on the scenery and see how far the bus takes me. Another bus that I like to take is the one to Malaysia. 🇲🇾
4️⃣ Go for a swim
Swimming relaxes me as I’m really focus on being mindful on the repetitive motions in the pool. It’s during this moments where I reflect and slow down my mind.
5️⃣ Pool
I don’t always play pool/billiard but I find it quite relaxing on the rare occasions that I play. This can be found at Safra CCK as well.
We all have different ways of self-care. Let’s prioritise our own mental and physical health together 💪
