📌 Must-Do Activities For The Perfect Getaway | JB

Heres your sign to go on a self-care trip with your besties! 👯‍♀️ I recently went on a 2d1n getaway with my girlies and here are some key highlights of our itinerary that left us feeling recharged! 💖

1️⃣ KPIX Photobooth in Paradigm Mall L4 | Damage: RM17 (S$5)

If you're looking for a mall to visit, I highly recommend visiting Paradigm Mall! You can take cute memorable photos w your besties there ✨👯‍♀️ They have different filters to choose from, plus you can plan your poses for each frame before starting the countdown and retake the photos twice each time! 😍 There might be slight queues as there's only 2 machines located in the entire mall (located in lvl 4)

2️⃣ Gokarting at RUD Karting Medini | Damage: RM86.90 (S$25.50)

I finally tried gokarting in JB, and it was an absolute blast!! It was a total of RM86.90 for a 10-minute session which might seem short, but it's actually quite sufficient. I easily went through more than 5 rounds!! If it's your first time, there’s an extra cost of RM14 for helmet fleece and helmet rental. They also have an aesthetically pleasing café there with instagrammable spots all around. It’s a chill place to unwind while enjoying the racing view! 🏎️

2️⃣ Sing V Family KTV in Mount Austin | Damage: RM68.23 (S$20)

We stumbled upon Sing V Family KTV in Mt Austin and had a pretty G karaoke experience. 💯 It was RM86 each for free-flow drinks and 3 hours of singing. Plus, the place stays open until 3 am, allowing you to sing your hearts out during the late hours if you plan on staying overnight in JB! 🇲🇾

3️⃣ Hair Care/Makeover at Solo S Hair Salon in KSL City Mall | Damage: RM500 (S$147)

At Solo S Hair Salon, I got highlights (2x bleach + base + cut) for RM500. The price may vary depending on your preferred color and hair length. My stylist Kent provided detailed explanations of each step and recommended treatment tailored to my hair's condition. 👍🏼 Before applying any products, they even showed me what they would be using. While they didn't pressure me into buying anything, they did try to upsell to one of my friends. I haven't had a chance to take pictures of the results yet, but stay tuned! ✨

4️⃣ D Asia Massage Therapy @ KSL CITY MALL | Damage: RM90 (S$26)

Tried this massage place in KSL and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of massage! The service might not be as welcoming as bangkok spa's but the massage skills of the therapists were definitely on point! It was soo relaxing I even dozed off during the massage. 👍🏼 It was definitely worth the affordable price of RM90 (S$26) compared to sg. 😆
