-Eggs

-Broccoli

-Carrot

-Seaweed Powder

-Shredded Cheese

-Breadcrumbs

-Other seasonings like parsley, chilli powder, garlic powder

Instructions:

1. Add cut up broccoli and shredded carrots to egg mixture

2. Add in cheese and breadcrumbs

3. Add in seaweed powder and any other seasoning ingredients to your taste preference

4. Shape them into little patties

5. Oven at 180 degrees for 20mins (you can also air fry them)
