Comfort Food Recipe!1

I have been craving for Mapo Tofu! Finally can make it when I got my hands on the key ingredient - hot broad bean paste!

Ingredients required:

Minced Garlic

Minced Meat

Silken Tofu

Light Soy Sauce

Oyster Sauce

Premium Dipping Sauce (Optional)

Sugar

Chicken Stock

Hot Broad Bean Paste

Cornstarch

Sesame Oil

Instructions:

1. In a pan with oil, pan fry minced garlic and minced meat

2. Add in all the sauces and cornstarch water mixture

3. Add in the silken tofu and simmer for awhile more before serving
