Hike up to Mount High West! ✌🏻

Since I have hiked Dragon's Back Trail before for my prior trip, decided to hike up to Mount High West this time round!

There are various ways to get to Mount High West, and I picked the easiest way!

Make your way to The Peak (I took bus 15 from Admiralty Station) and then head to Harlech Road to start off your hike. Follow the circular road trail to the end of Harlech Road, before you see the sign to start the High West Hike!

The vertical climb upwards took about 20mins (total 40mins up and down). The view here was astonishing! Sense of accomplishment for scaling each mountain! As there was an impending storm coming, I didnt stay too long at the top viewpoint.

You can either head back the same way or make a complete circular loop around Lugard Road! The total hiking time from start to end for this complete loop + hike up to mount high west was 2 hours (with ALOT of photo stops heh)

Make it back into the sheltered The Peak Tower before it started thundering and raining cats and dogs! Phew!
