Pan Fried Egg Tofu Recipe!

-Coat egg tofu in corn flour

-Sauce:

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp oyster sauce

1 tsp tomato ketchup sauce

1 tsp sugar

10 tbsp of water

Steps:

1. Pan fry tofu until golden crispy

2. Simmer the sauce mixture

3. Pour in scrambled egg mixture and let it simmer until your desired cookness texture

4. Serve with fluffy white rice!
