Comfort food that is super easy to cook!

Ingredients required

-2 eggs

-1 Packet of Silken Smooth Tofu

-2 slices of luncheon meat

-1 tbsp of light soy sauce

-1 tbsp of sesame oil

-1 tbsp of oyster sauce

-1 tbsp of water

-Dash of Salt

Simple steps to cook this dish:

1. Place a packet of silken smooth tofu in the pan and slice it, before shaking it to disperse it

2. Crack 2 eggs and mix well and pour them over the tofu

3. Dice the luncheon meat and sprinkle them on the tofu egg mixture

4. Cook on low heat for 2 mins

5. Add in the sauce over the tofu egg mixture and cook for another 8mins

Serve it over a plate of hut fluffy white rice!
