Saving coffee counter space with Taobao mini haul!

We take pride in our small yet functional coffee station and it is our go-to every morning. We also quickly realised that space was running out on the counter top and that the original wooden tamp block constantly gets splashed by water from the coffee machine. So here is what we did:

1. Portafilter holder - one of the first things on our list was the wooden Portafilter holder, not only does it saves us so much space, it also acts as a draining station after we wash the Portafilter. Plus, it looks aesthetically pleasing and suits our wooden theme

2. Distributor and tamp block - we were so excited when we saw this wooden base for our distributor and tamp simply because, it is so sleek! Not to also mentioned it fitted perfectly on top of the machine and saving so much space

3. Tamping mat - now that the counter top is cleared, we need to make sure that the counter does not get damaged when we are making our coffee and the simplest solution is as to put a tamping mat, which is also very easy when it comes to cleaning and maintenance
