made these for the Super Bowl & they were a full 10/10!!

nachos aren’t typically something I make on the regular, but they were so insanely good & perfect for a big group event. love that you can mix & match so many different ingredients here too. enjoy!

ingredients:

— @sietefoods chips (2 bags grain free or corn chips)

— @sietefoods refried beans (used ranchero flavor)

— @violife_foods mexican cheese blend

— black beans

— fresh cilantro

— fresh green onions chopped

— banana peppers rings

— fresh salsa (used @wholefoods one)

— paprika seasoning

directions:

— in a small pot, add the refried beans + water (to thin it a bit) and heat up. set aside for now.

— heat oven to 375 and line a large baking tray with parchment paper. pour chips out onto baking tray & layer evenly. sprinkle chips with paprika seasoning.

— drizzle refried beans over the chips. add your black beans & mexican cheese. top with chopped green onions and banana peppers.

— bake in the oven for about 15 min until cheese is melted & chips are crispy.

— once out of the oven, top with fresh salsa & cilantro. serve & enjoy!
