Ingredients
- 1/2 Lavash Bread
- 2 tbsp Whipped Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Sundried Tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Low Fat Feta Cheese Crumbles
- Handful of Fresh Spinach
Method
Spread cream cheese on the Lavash Bread evenly and sprinkle Sundried Tomatoes throughout (I chopped the tomatoes finer than they came). Place Spinach on top of the cream cheese and tomatoes in an even layer. Sprinkle Feta on top of the spinach.
In a heated frying pan, pour a beaten egg. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook the egg thoroughly on both sides. Do not scramble.
Place the cooked egg on top of the Lavash Bread and other ingredients. Roll the wrap. You can eat it like this, but I went a little further.
I sprayed the top of the wrap with a small amount of olive oil, dusted with Mrs. Dash Table Blend, and placed it in my toaster oven until the Lavash Bread was crispy.
