what i wanted for my college job 💼

💼 classes come first

- many of the jobs i looked at didn’t allow my work schedule to be flexible. i finally found one that’s an “on demand” job, which will allow me to pick up shifts based around my schedule

- school comes first and i need a job that would still let me focus on school

💼 a place i like

- i wanted to work somewhere that i enjoy being! for example, the only sport i’m interested in is bowling, so you won’t find me working at a gym or top golf!

💼 somewhere that people from my university don’t frequent

- i don’t want to see people i know, especially my ex and his friends, when i’m working

- i prefer to have the least distractions possible, so i chose to apply to a target further from my school rather than the one 10 minutes away! i have a car, so it doesn’t hurt to drive a little further
