Creamy Baked Chicken

This is my favorite comfort food to cook.

Start by cleaning chicken with lemon and lukewarm water transfer chicken over to a bowl and season as you desire. Sear chicken on both sides don’t cook all the way through it will fully cook in the oven. Pre heat the oven to 375. In a pan sauté onions, and green/red peppers when soft add 2 small cans of cream of chicken with 1/2 cups of chicken broth and stir that together once it starts bubbling transfer the cream to a oven safe pan and then add the chicken on top put in oven and let that cook for 45 min save enjoy over rice or mashed potatoes.

- Chicken breast

- Chicken broth

- Cream of chicken

- Butter

- Green and red peppers 🌶

- Onion

- Chicken seasoning

- Minced Garlic

- Garlic powder

- Onion powder

- Paprika

- Slap Ya Mama

- Salt

- Pepper

- White Rice
