How to make the dough!

1. Lightly grease a bowl with butter or some Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2. Place water, sugar and yeast into mixing bowl and mix

3. Add baker's flour, extra virgin olive oil and salt and knead.

4. Place dough into prepared bowl and form into a ball. Cover bowl with plastic wrap or a damp kitchen towel and leave dough to prove until doubled in size (approx. 1 hour).

Pizza Sauce and Ingredients

1. Tomato 🍅

2. Onions 🧅

3. Garlic 🧄

4. Other condiments you would like to match with your Pizza 🥦 🌽 🍤 🥓 🫒

5. Mozzarella cheese 🧀

How to make the Pizza Sauce!

1. Preheat oven to 220°C.

2. Roast the Tomato, Onion and Garlic for 10-15 minutes

3. Blend them in a blender and and salt

4. If sauce is too sour, you may use apples/sugar to neutralise the flavours

How to make the Pizza!

1. Preheat oven to 220°C.

2. Divide dough into the size you need. Place dough onto prepared baking trays and shape by pressing it with your finger tips and stretching it gently

3. Spread the Tomato Sauce and layer the ingredients.

4. Bake for 10-20minutes depending on the size of the Pizza at 220°C.
