Ice Cream under the neon lights: Ice Bar

hidden in the Hougang Green Shopping Mall, Ice bar is a gem in the heartlands. A home grown ice cream place that serves ice cream, waffles, coffee (and beer). I had their charcoal waffle and signature earl grey flavour ($10). Classic combo though they also have over 35 flavour to choose from.

They also close late! (11am or 2 am depending on the day) It’s the perfect late night spot to hang and chill with your friends. As the rest of the town goes to sleep, it’s a brightly lit spot from afar. #NoMorePJDays #Lemon8food

With it’s neon light decor and claw machine, it a fresh little spot among the other traditional day to day stores. Also, it makes for a great photoshoot location. My friend and I dm-ed the shop on instagram and the owner welcomed us to shoot there! Check out the shots.
