Broccoli Waldorf salad

Day 1️⃣ making meals at home

Broccoli Waldorf salad ingredients 🥦

2 cups of broccoli chopped

1stalk celery chopped

1/2 apple chopped

1/4 red onion chopped

1/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins

1/2 cup of chopped pecans

For dressing

1/2 cup of vegan mayo or vegan yogurt

Juice of a 1/2 of a lemon

1 1/2 tablespoon of pure maple syrup or agave nectar

Mix everything

Toss salad ingredients in a bowl in a Separate bowl whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over 🥗 salad.
