Pumpkin seed : On an empty stomach eat 1/4 cup.

*Add one tablespoon of papaya seeds *Add one cup of organic blueberries.

*Add one tablespoon coconut oil.

*One tablespoon of pomegranate seeds,

* Add 1/4 of kale, or arugula.

** for liquid add any milk options. (I like coconut milk or oat milk)

Timeline:

* Do this for 15 days on and 5 days off and repeat 3x if possible.
