Crispy, juicy wings in a garlic and cheesy butter sauce. These are one of my favorite wings of all time! They are so juicy, super addicting, and just delicious. 100% family approved!
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Seasonings of choice (I did salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and sazon)
- 1 - 2 tablespoons baking powder
Garlic Parm Sauce:
- 1 stick of butter, unsalted at room temp
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Sprinkle of chili flakes
- Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Clean and pat dry the chicken wings. Add olive oil and seasonings of choice. Mix very well. Let it marinate for 2 hours or so.
2. Air fry the wings at 400°F for 18 to 22 minutes, flipping in between.
3. In the meantime, in a bowl, combine butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic cloves, chili flakes, and salt to taste. Mix well.
4. Let the wings rest for 5 minutes. Next, combine the butter sauce with the wings, toss to coat.
5. Serve immediately with sides and sauce of choice. Enjoy!
