These are what I call old fashioned fried chicken wings. The best and most delicious fried chicken you’ll ever have!

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs chicken wings

⭐️I kept it whole, but that’s optional

- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup hot sauce of choice

⭐️I used @ garlic hot buffalo sauce

- Seasonings of choice

- Few tablespoons of flour

Dry Mixture:

- 1 - 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

- Same seasonings used for chicken

Directions:

1. Clean and prep your wings. Pat dry. Add them to a medium size bowl, add the egg, seasonings, and hot sauce. Combine well and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to use.

2. Take out the wings 1 hour before frying. Add enough flour to make a thin batter. Mix well. Set aside.

3. In another bowl, combine flour and the same seasonings used for the wings. Coat each wing well with the flour mixture.

4. Let the coated wings rest for 10 minutes. This will allow the flour to stick. In the meantime, heat up the oil to 350°F.

5. Fry the wings in batches of 3 to 4 for 10 minutes. Do not over crowd. Since the temperature goes down when frying, make sure to let the oil come up to 350°F before adding another batch. This will ensure crispy wings every time!

6. Serve immediately with your favorite sauces. Enjoy!
