BACK TO SCHOOL ART PROJECT IDEA 🍎

Here's a Back to School project we did for our toddler this morning as part of our Art week lesson.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

-8 popsicle sticks (one you just cut 2 tiny pieces off for the wheels)

-Glue

-Black Marker/Permanent Marker

-Metallic/Silver Permanent Marker

-Red Gem stickers (2)

-Index Card (1 that will be cut for the customized license plate)

-Yellow Paint & paintbrush

1. Glue 7 popsicle sticks together to make the frame & let dry. After drying, paint 6 popsicle sticks yellow & use silver permanent marker to color one for bumper.

2. Cut a small rectangle out of an index card & personalize the "license plate" to say what you'd like (child's name, grade they start, school yearn etc.)

3. Glue the license plate index card onto middle of bottom yellow popsicle sticks.

4. Add red gem stickers on both sides of license plate. Then add the black marker colored tiny pieces of popsicle sticks as wheels on top of the silver colored stick "bumper"

5. Last, choose a cute pic of the child & glue the school bus popsicle stick frame onto the sides of the picture & you're done!
