HIGHLIGHTS OF MY 4D3N WELLNESS BALI TRIP

This is my 6th time in Bali! Every visit with different objectives and purpose. There’s always something new to explore there! This time it’s more of a wellness retreat so we really kept it simple otot and go by the flow.

𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

People in Bali generally speaks Bahasa Indonesia, but as a tourist spot most of them can speak English so no language barrier. The pace in Bali is also slower. What I realized is they don’t pick up their phone? But respond to WhatsApp pretty efficiently. So if you are going to make a reservation for a restaurant or studio, hit them up on their ig/wa!

𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕

Bali is small and easy to navigate. You can rent a scooter, hire a driver, or use taxi services like Blue Bird or Go-Jek. Always negotiate rates beforehand.

However, do take note that the Bali traffic is pretty bad. Prepare to give time allowance if you need to reach a destination at a specific time.

This Boho-Chic restaurant is spectacular and every corner was instaworthy and a lot of thoughts was put in the interior. Ambience was great, staff was friendly. Food was okay. Worth a visit.

What’s Bali without some fun? Came here for the food, ended up in the club? They have promo every Wednesday for Ladies with free food & drinks from 8pm to 11pm! Definitely make a reservation with them. We did not get it free as its limited slots only but still enjoyed our night!

Albeit an aesthetic studio, I did not manage to get a slot as they are full. They are also very hard to locate if you are travelling by car, will recommend if you scoot over. They have 4 classes daily only. Definitely advisable to book with them 2 days in advance for the class.

This is just by the roadside and near to Crate Cafe! I went for the Gluteformer Class and boyy my body was trembling after this! Great workout! What I love about them is they are available in ClassPass! Yes you can use your CP there!

Very mixed feeling about this. Great atmosphere with Australian soul. We ordered a Chicken Mexicana Salad, vongole pasta with buttery mash potatoes and ice latte. I will say this is a Hit or Miss experience. The salad and coffee was good, I love the lime & coriander dressing despite not a fan of coriander. Mash potatoes was ok. But the vongole pasta was a question mark? It’s a common pasta dish, but the pasta tasted funny and the clams were stale.

The Forge Bali is a gastropub and sports bar in Seminyak. The oyster there are only Rp10K (< S$1) on Saturday, on Wednesday wings are going at Rp1K (< S$0.10?) Hello polis?
