homemade raspberry froyo 💕

healthy & delicious & sooo easy to make.

ingredients//

4 cups frozen raspberries

3tbs maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 cup greek yogurt

1 chocolate bar

3tbs coconut oil

method//blend all ingredients together in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth. eat immediately OR add to a dish and freeze for about 30 minutes before eating. for chocolate shell - melt coconut oil on the stove and add cut chocolate/chocolate chips, mix until completely incorporated. pour chocolate over cold ice cream and wait about 1 minute for it to harden. enjoy!
