I could literally eat dessert anytime of the day!
it’s my absolute favorite. it can be really hard finding recipes that still taste good, but have less sugar.
so I created these recipes that are yummy, and so perfect for a healthy sweet treat🫶🏼
chocolate protein bites
ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 Tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup honey
method:
combine all of your ingredients into a bowl, and mix well. once a dough like consistency is formed, roll into small balls and enjoy!
peanut butter stuffed dates
ingredients:
- pitted dates
- pure peanut butter
- chocolate chips
method:
pitt and cut your dates in half. fill with peanut butter and chocolate chips!
cookie dough bars
ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- peanut butter
method:
combine all of your ingredients except for your peanut butter into a bowl. transfer to oven safe pan and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. once cooked, drizzle with chocolate and peanut butter.
