drinking hot tea has become one of my favorite habits!

I love drinking it before bed time. there is something about having the routine of drinking my hot tea in bed, that shows my body it’s time to sleep☁️

here are some of my favorite tea’s

- ginger

if you are dealing with digestion issue’s I’m sure you have been told to drink ginger tea! it is seriously one of my favorite tea’s.

it helps ease my stomach, and supports digestion after a meal. it is truly a game changer to drink after dinner!

- blackberry apple cider vinegar digestion awakening

this is the perfect tea for the morning time. it is a great way to wake up your digestive system before breakfast. there is a hint of ginger and vinegar flavor. it taste so good, and feels amazing on an empty stomach.

- relaxing tea

if you are working on healing your gut, sleep is one of the most important things. lack of sleep is likely to cause stress, which in turn, causes a “leaky gut.” this is essentially when food toxins pass through the intestines into the bloodstream. this relaxing tea helps you unwind for the night. I love drinking it in bed!
