I absolutely loveeee oatmeal!! it is a breakfast that can be full of protein, good grains, and has lots of nutritional benefits!
this breakfast will keep you full, and satisfied till lunch🫶🏼
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup water
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
- peanut butter
- fruit
method:
cook your oatmeal according to the directions on the back of the package. I cook mine for 1 minute and 30 seconds!
it is super important to make sure you are using rolled oats. the quick oats won’t give you the same consistency!
once my oatmeal is cooked, I like to let it cool for a couple minutes.
after it has cooled down, I start to add my toppings!! the best part:)
you can really beef up the nutritional value with the toppings!
I like to add my fruit first, then go in with all of the seeds. I add hemp, chia, and then sprinkle bee pollen on top.
I love to add granola for an extra crunch, and some peanut butter on top for extra protein (and it’s so yummy!)
once you have assembled your oatmeal bowl, it’s time to enjoy!!
