trusting is (in my opinion) is the most important part of a relationship!! trusting builds bonding and a solid foundation to continue loving one another with no overthinking for each other. here’s a more in depth description of each bullet point.

💌: sharing social media passwords helps clear the air of any overthinking and lets your partner see who you text/talk to on a daily basis.

💌: telling the truth when asked is SO important because if you start telling lies from the beginning that trust is already broken. telling the truth is just so much more easier than lying through everything.

💌: putting your phone face up and on dnd is a simple sign of saying “i have nothing to hide from you.” putting your phone on dnd, especially when your around your partner, is already suspicious and trusting from the get-go.

💌: good communication is SO SO important. your patented cannot read your mind, and communicating what’s bothering you, helps them trust you more when expressing emotions.

💌: learning each others triggers, knowing what makes your partner upset or angry is important when communicating so you don’t accidentally make them even more upset.
