📍 – Located in Tanjong Pagar, this restaurant is a bit hidden in Tras street. We followed Google Maps and had no problem, but a friend of mine had trouble looking for the restaurant.
✨ - The ambience was perfect. The lighting was a bit dim, a very suitable ambience for dinner. However, the restaurant is smaller than I expected. Had to pay $50/pax to secure the reservation and now I understand it’s probably because of the limited capacity (and high high demand!)
🍽 - Korean food at its best! I wouldn’t say that it is Korean fusion food, simply because they serve traditional Korean food. We started off with two appetizers: pajeon and cauliflower bites. Followed by bossam and galbi jjim. These two were out of this world! The bossam was so flavor and had a little of a burnt flavor which I loved! Ate it as a ssam with kimchi and it was amazing. However, the galbi jjim could use a little more flavor! We ordered champagne makgeolli which was my first time and it was a good pairing. The best dish of all HAS to be the sweet potato dessert. I simply don’t know what they put in there but it was like a deconstructed tiramisu and it was 😮💨
💲 - I expected the bill to be around what we were charged for because I had explored the menu before going to the restaurant. Overall, a 4.7/5 for the dinner! Would probably go back if they have new menus and such 😍
