Every morning I try to take at least 30 to 45 minutes to myself before checking my phone or starting work. By doing this, my focus is a lot better throughout the day and I’m more productive, so here are some of my essentials for getting the morning started:)

after I wash my face and do my skin care, I like to drink at least 16 ounces of water before doing anything else.

After I drink my water, I’ll eat some overnight oats that I made the night before or I’ll make myself a bagel and cream cheese with everything but the bagel seasoning on top. And a lot of the time I’m not hungry when I first wake up so I’ll leave this step till around nine or 10 AM:).

Lately, I haven’t been going to the gym as often, but will also include that into my morning routine, especially in the spring, summer, and fall months when it’s nice outside:)
