i am a huge advocate of filling your cup first and i do this by spending lots of solo time, or doing activities that help me recharge before i interact with my friends🙂↕️ it honestly has so many benefits such as helping me be more present and improving my energy so i can give due attention to the people i love etc 🫶🏻

• YOUTUBE 📺 — i love catching up with my favourite youtubers and getting inspired by their filming and editing styles!!
• CAFE HOPPING 🍵— you could find me eating pastries and chugging a matcha latte, i’m usually exploring cafes because i love the vibes cafes have and it also lets me slow down + people watch :)
• ART EXHIBITS 🎨 — i could spend hours in a museum or exhibit, i love sgartweek and ocasional exhibitions at SAM as well. there’s just something so beautiful about admiring the pieces and finding one that speaks volumes to you~
• PILATES 🧘🏻♀️— this is literally the only workout you can drag me to because the reformer is so fun to be on + being a pilates princess means wearing the cutest workout clothes <3
• FLOWERS 🌷 — flowers are just a gorgeous pick me up to have and it’s how i like to show myself love :” it’s even better receiving them from my friends and family but i put them together myself sometimes.
