This is a great option for those following a vegan diet or looking to reduce your consumption of animal products.
Ingredients:
1 cup vegan mayonnaise ๐ฑ
1 -2 cloves of garlic, minced ๐ง
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley ๐ฟ
1-1/2 tbsp dried dill or 2 tbsps chopped fresh dill๐ฟ
1/4 tsp of salt ๐ง
1/4 tsp black pepperโช๏ธ๐ง
1 tbsp almond milk ๐ฅ
1/2 tsp of garlic powder ๐ง
1 teaspoon onion powder ๐ง
1 tbsp of lemon juice ๐
Instructions:
In a bowl, add vegan mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, almond milk, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
If the ranch dressing is too thick, you can thin it out with a tbsp or two of almond milk until desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more lemon juice, salt, or pepper to suit your taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
