Rice:
• Boil or microwave 2 cups of white rice for 10 mins.
• Then chill in the fridge for 10 mins.
• Pour 2-4 tablespoons of oil (of your choose) in a skillet and fry rice on low heat.
• Add soy sauce until rice browns.
• Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
• Add chopped sautéed Onions..
• Add in scrambled eggs. (2 eggs)
• You can also add veggies like corn, broccoli or peas etc.
Shrimp:
• Seasoning.
• Cook on stovetop until fully cooked.
• Add sautéed peppers in (red, yellow, green, red onion, yellow onion)
Meat:
• You can use any meat you want (steak, chicken, or even just shrimp)
• I used chicken, I cut two boneless breasts into small nuggets and fried them in oil and added jerk seasoning, creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper!
Pineapple:
• I let my pineapple sit in the fridge upside down for 30 mins before cutting it so that all the juices fall to the top, which makes it easier to cut.
• Then you gut it and build your bowl.
