Self-Care Spa Night 🧖‍♀️🫧

Last night I decided to have a little at-home spa night for myself. That usually consists of doing a hair mask, a face mask, & an everything shower (shaving, exfoliating, hair, etc).

Here is how I make my DIY hair mask with all natural ingredients that make my hair shiiiiiiine. My hair has been thru a lot and I’m trying to grow it back out. The castor oil helps with that, and the rest just makes it soft and shiny. I like to do this hair mask at LEAST once a month, but sometimes every couple weeks.

While I let it sit in my hair, I take time for some self-care. For me personally, that includes a face mask, hot lemon ginger tea with honey, taking my magnesium & reading my book or journaling. I’m not much of a tv/movie watcher but sometimes I’ll also watch youtube or listen to podcasts.
