Sourdough Sandwiches & Donuts at Tiong Bahru 🥪

If you're a fan of neighbourhood cafes, you know that Tiong Bahru is home to many. Caffe Pralet serves fresh sourdough, sandwiches, viennoiseries, and delicate pastries straight from their bakery!

We visited the place in the late afternoon, so there weren't many donut flavours left for us to choose from. Their donut flavours include Burnt Butter Honey Glaze, Cinnamon Sugar, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Lemon Cremeux.

Here's what we ordered:

BEEF'IN CHEESE'IN: 10/10 ($14)

✅ Braised tender beef with sharp cheddar, mozzarella, caramelised onions, gherkins, and packed with baby spinach.

✅ The beef was very flavourful and juicy in every bite.

✅ The sourdough was soft and perfectly toasted on the outside.

Drink + Donut Set: 8/10 ($9.30)

✅ We ordered Iced Hojicha Latte with Oat Milk & Cinnamon Sugar.

✅ The Hojicha Latte was perfectly nutty and had a toasty flavour.

✅ The donut was light and airy, not too sweet, and paired well with the drink we chose!

Overall, we would definitely go back to try their other sandwiches and baked goods! The Matcha Cranberry White Choc sounds really good 🤤
