I’m 1000% returning for the $18 manicure 💅🤩🦋💕

I looooove manicures with intricate designs but I HATE having to sit and being unable to do anything for 3-4 hours??? This salon is perfect for the girlies who love intricately designed nails but are on the go. The Nail Lover is Singapore’s first press on nail salon and I know it’s all over Lemon8 right now, but here’s my review on it:

✅ DESIGNS

There are literally too many designs to choose from. From basic French tips, to #y2k core, and even kantima-esque nails you’d get in Bangkok. There is 100% a design for everyone. I think they said they had over 300 designs??? Insane.

✅ QUICK

Instead of taking 3-4 hours for your design, literally this takes less than 30 minutes. Maybe slightly more if you’re indecisive like me and end up spending like 20 minutes just choosing a design. 🥲

✅ FULL MANICURE

Even though the nails are press ons, the team will still do a full manicure for you. From shaping the nail, cutting the cuticles and pushing them before applying the nails.

✅ QUALITY

The press ons feel great and when applied it doesn’t feel like there’s anything on my nails. During the manicure, the team will still help to shave off any imperfections and make it as smooth as possible.

✅ LONGEVITY

The manicure lasted on me for about 3 weeks? But also because I do a lot of work with my hands. Not bad IMO. Also, they offer free replacement if any nails become loose within 10 days.

✅ RETURN MANICURE FOR $18

Your first initial manicure is like $40++? And as long as you take care of the press ons, you’ll get a full manicure when you return with them for $18 only! Which is amazing if you think about it, given the fact that a plain gel manicure is already $15++??? You get to choose designs, shapes and even lengths??? I love it.

⭐️ OVERALL: I dig it. I seriously love how quick the process is. I have spent 4 hours in a salon before for a French tip manicure, so being able to get an even more intricate designs during my LUNCHTIME, is amazing. My tips for your visit there?

🍋 CHOOSE A CLASSIC DESIGN

Or at least a design that you won’t get sick of for at least 6 months.

🍋 BOOK

Please book an appointment in advance because there’s only 5 work stations. So you might not be able to get a slot if you just walk in.

🍋 PEE BEFOREHAND

You can’t touch water for 3-4 hours after the appointment so I highly suggest peeing beforehand. HAHAHA. The team also suggested refraining from swimming and hot water because that might loosen the nails.
