This is my number one low key gatekeep spot for Taiwanese food in Singapore. And I can confirm that it’s authentic as it’s been approved by my neighbour who is Taiwanese! She brought me here and I’ve been coming to Eat Three Bowls for the past two years now. I gotta say it really slaps every time. The only gripe I have is it’s location. It may be a little out of the way for people who don’t live in the neighbourhood, but if you’re living west-ish, please visit this little joint for your fix of Taiwanese food!! Here are my must orders every time I go:

✅ Braised Pork Rice

The classic Taiwanese dish – lu rou fan. This is almost as good as the ones I’ve had in Taiwan. A simple bowl of rice drenched in a delicious meat sauce. 10/10 will order while I’m here.

✅ Salted Crispy Chicken

One word – addictive. Once you eat one piece, you’re not gonna stop until the dish is empty. The classic chicken dish (yan su ji or salt and pepper chicken) is basically popcorn chicken covered in seasoning and spices. Very sore throat worthy. Sometimes we order two servings 😅

✅ Oyster Intestines Mee Sua

This one is a polarising dish. Some people hate oysters and pig intestines, but if this is up your alley like how it is up mine, definitely get this. It’s the classic oyster mee sua upgraded with pig intestines. I enjoyed this one thoroughly.

✅ Fresh Milk w/ Brown Sugar Pearls

Self explanatory, very sinful but so good. The pearls are chewy and the sweetness is always the best way to end the meal. Brown sugar syrupy goodness with milk to wash down the dinner? Yes please. 🤪

I think Eat Three Bowls has a few outlets, not just the one at Pasir Panjang, but this is the one I go to most of the time. Also a bonus for those of y’all who work in Mapletree business park! Overall, 10/10 one of my favourite dinner spots post work or if I’m just craving for some Taiwanese food and bubble tea. 😋

📍 Location: Eat 3 Bowls (Pasir Panjang) 呷三碗車站 | 103 Pasir Panjang Rd, Singapore 118531

⏰ Operating Hours: 11 AM - 9 PM (Wednesday - Monday, closed on Tuesdays)
