Compared to how it looks, I am slightly disappointed with the taste. I expected a lot from this considering that it is the most expensive Sando on the menu. Also, the appearance was bomb.com with a super thick meat slab in the middle that is still a little pinkish which I agree that the meat was tender. I think it lacks the side ingredients, to sum up, the flavor. There are pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce with it but honestly too little to balance out the meat. The pickles are way too sour for my liking but I can be biased because I hate pickles. Regretted not choosing the beef instead 🥩

This is their signature sandwich on the menu! I love truffle and molten egg so this is sort of a perfect combi for me 💯 The truffle was strong enough but not too overpowering. Topped it off with the oozing of the molten egg and creaminess of the potato 🥔 Omygosh it’s an explosion in my mouth 👄 The price for this is also the cheapest on the menu and priced at $14 which is affordable for such a thick Sando 👍🏻

Overall, it’s a good place to try some generous servings of Sando! I was supposed to go 46 Mittsu but they were sold out at 3 pm 🥲 Hopefully can catch them and do a review soon!
