do you LOVE your job as much as i do?

i am an early childhood educator and i LOVE it

☁️ i’m living my dreams!

i have always loved being with children and i thought teaching was an obvious decision. BUT, to stay in this industry, your love for children IS NOT enough! you NEED to love teaching and that includes knowing the worth of education and literacy, finding purpose and joy through purposeful play and age-appropriate lessons

☁️ it’s extremely life-giving

i get to witness my children’s growth EVERY SINGLE DAY. even if it’s just pulling up their own pants, unbuttoning their shirts or feeding themselves. then there are also days where they learn to write their name for the first time, or complete their own masterpiece independently. for that, i am constantly humbled by their innocent awe and wonder of our world

being an educator is not just a job for me, it’s my whole calling and purpose. not everyone gets to do their dream job, but i hope you get to do something you love, something that pushes you out of your comfort zone, something that you find worthy ☁️
