🐟 Pacific Ocean Perch ($13.90)

The meat has more bite, has a stronger fishy taste (not as fishy as Saba🌚) and is slightly fatty. A good alternative to cod fish if you prefer something with more bite? The fish skin had bits of char and the fish was well seasoned. This fish has little bones too! I much prefer this to yellowtail as it is not dry at all.

🐠 Toothfish ($24.90)

A buttery soft fatty fish, melts in your mouth. Not too gelat until your last mouth, unlike Cod. But on the pricier side. This fish has even lesser bones than the first. And also lesser fish skin if you’re not into that. This fish is also not fishy at all, I personally prefer this to cod any day.

🍣 Add on: Negitoro

I love their Negitoro, it’s super packed with flavors and has chunks of Tuna, not too minced! The bite and texture is amazing and this add on goes really well with rice, like making a mini Negitoro donburi on your own. Wish they will sell a whole bowl of Negitoro don in future😭

Take note that their queues are pretty long if you go after 520pm on a weekend🥲 it’s really super popular! Hope yall will enjoy this😁 They also sell other seafood like unagi and squid!
