Halal Thai food that won’t break the bank!

Just realised that Thai Dynasty has a halal brand called Thai Makan. They are located at food courts, so you can expect authentic halal Thai food at affordable prices!

🍲 Dynasty Mama Tom Yum ($17.30)

The Tom Yum Soup comes in a MASSIVE bowl perfect for two! There’s a variety of ingredients including prawns, squids and meatballs, topped off with some perfectly cooked eggs. We too noticed that there’s cabbage which was a unique addition.

The soup has a slight kick, but don’t be fooled by its appearance—it's more sweet than sour or spicy. It was delicious when the noodles absorbed all that flavorful broth, although they can get a bit soggy if left too long.

Just a heads up, the prawns were a bit tricky to peel.

Overall, if you do not have a high spice tolerance, I think this bowl of tom yum is a good place to start!
