1. Izakaya Ramen Chiba 🍜

Hokkaido miso ramen that comes in super huge bowls with a rich soup base that is both aromatic and flavourful! The noodles were chewy yet firm to the bite, it was exceptionally yummy!

2. Muroran Yakitori Ippei Toyako 🍢

Pork skewers were super juicy and tasted heavenly! Highly recommend their pork with basil cheese - it was fried to perfection and the melted cheese gave a very flavourful touch to the dish!

3. Lucky Pierrot 🍔

Hakodate’s local fast food restaurant doesn’t disappoint! Their best-selling beef burger was so good! The patty was thick and overflowing with juice! The best part is that each outlet is themed! We went to the Santa Claus themed and the whole place is vibing with the Christmas vibes!

4. Soup Curry Suage4 🥘

Honestly looked very unassuming and we were hesitant to order because of all the vegetables in it, but it actually blew our minds!! We got the level 3 spice level and it was not very spicy and comfortable to drink!

5. Ajisai Shio Ramen (Salt Ramen) 🍜

We tried the Hakodate’s No. 1 salt ramen and it did not disappoint! Despite its name, the soup wasn’t salty at all! The broth is extremely clear but rich, with a satisfying saltiness that enhances every ingredient.
