i finally got myself a new film camera and this is one of the most reasonable cameras you should actually invest in!! 🩷 this is the Kodak Ektar H35 Half Frame Film Camera which retails around RM235. i bought it cheaper at RM160-ish because it was on sale during payday on shopee 🫣 it comes in a few vintage colours including black, sage, yellow & brown!

why is this reasonable & why should you invest in this? because it is a half frame camera - which means, for every film roll you purchase, you could actually take TWICE the amount of photos using this camera only 🤩 for example, if i use Kodak Colorplus 200 which only allows you to take 36 photos using normal cameras, this camera enables you to take 72 in total!

how does it work? this camera shoots in portrait mode originally which makes the 1 section on the film strip to be halved! normally when you use a camera, it shoots in landscape right? this camera will give you portrait pics as you can see it pretty well in the viewfinder!

can you shoot it in landscape mode? of course! you just need to rotate your camera as if you're taking photos in portrait mode 🥰

i'm so excited to see the final results from this camera! cant believe i have 72 photos to take for 1 camroll this time. i'll definitely share the final pictures here once i send them for processing 🫶🏼
