cool deep rose lipstick for raya 🌹♥️

hey babes! it’s hanan here 💌 in this post today i’m gonna share with your my new favourite lipstick i recently purchase for raya!!

this is one of their latest launches from MAC, which is the powder kiss velvet slim stick lipstick. this is actually my second purchase from the collection (first was over the taupe). i loved how OTT felt like on my lips. as the name suggests, it felt velvety and soft yet it gave a smooth matte finishing. i also love how it does not roughly define my lip cracks over time! 🫶🏻

i picked up this shade Rose Mary because it suits my baju raya this year, a maroon kebaya with black batik. it’s not finished yet as it’s tailor made but i’m really excited to share it with yall soon once it’s done!! <3 in MAC’s website, it described this shade as “soft mauve” but its so totally not! i swatched it myself before buying it obviously but i still fell in love with the colour! the colour is more to cool deep rose shade that complements my medium skintone. it’s not too bright as if it’s fuchsia. it gives enough colour to give that pop of colour! ♥️

this lipstick retails for RM132 for 2g in MAC stores and Sephora. comparing with the normal bullet lipsticks, it’ll definitely last much longer because the stick is quite long! am really excited to wear this on the first day of raya, in fact i’ve already worn it a couple of times when i go out because the shade is too beautiful!!
