Period pain can be no fun.
After doing my own research and working alongside a naturopathic doctor I have found some ways to help ease the pain & lighten up the cramps.
* Hot pad. Anytime my cramps get so bad where I cant handle it, I will get out my hot pad, lay down and rest or try to sleep. I try to give my body some down time so it can heal faster.
*Chasteberry. I was working with a naturopathic doctor and she told me to take this to ease the period pains. I had no idea this was a approach I could take. I have now been taking this for 8+ months and I wont go without it in my periods. It is a natural remedy that helps with menstrual cycle pain.
*Raspberry leaf tea. I use this on my periods as well. It helps to reduce menstrual cramping and pain. It helps regulate your hormones, promotes ovulation and increases blood flow.
*CBD Bath salts. I use this as a period pain relief option. It helps reduce inflammation. It eases any period pain I am feeling while I soak in a hot bath.
