Things you can do on low energy days, that I actually do myself.

So I LOVE Instacart. It's such an easy and efficient way to get your groceries. Saving you tons of time. They pick up the groceries & deliver them right to you for a low cost. I use them every week.

If I am feeling like I want to lay in bed but still be productive I will get my laptop, get cozy in bed with my pups, turn a movie on in the background & plan out my days ahead in the notion app. This way I'm still being productive & I don't feel bad about laying around.

I also love to snuggle my pups on these days. Getting extra love & cuddles in 😊 It can help you feel better if you are having a down day as well.

One thing I do a couple times a month is bake my pups treats. It is only a couple ingredients and so easy to do. I find my recipes from TikTok or Google. They are easy to find and make. Plus you know what ingredients you are using. I love knowing my pups are eating clean.

On days where I have low energy but still can manage to go out, I love going out for lunch & getting a pizza and something sweet! It's enjoyable and doesn't take much energy.

Once a month I like to organize my space, my closet, my clothes, anything I can organize or needs organized. I usually do this on a low energy day. I also find it enjoyable.
