Let’s try tomato blush🍅 how to do it & if it works

Okay so this is the new trend - tomato blush! I’ve actually never heard of it until recently, but wanted to check it out and try it on myself!

So the two key points of tomato blush, is that the blush is on the redder side, for that tomato color, and actually placed on the center of the apples of the cheeks, for that tomato effect.

So I grabbed my Jason Wu multi-use stick in shade Apple Pie (it’s pretty red) and my foundation brush to blend. I applied two layers of the blush right on the center of my cheeks.

On the other side, I did my regular way of applying blush, just a little higher above my contour.

My takeaway - I preferred my contoured blush over this trend. I think this trend would look BEAUTIFUL on round faces. I think my face is too angular, and this blush trend ages me.
