Is lemon8 setting me up to fail?

Why is it that this challenge started on the 15th and it is now the 19th and I am just now getting this message? This is the 5th time this has happened with a challenge they do. And it really sucks because everybody else gets a head start to redeem items that are limited. And I never get a chance to even get them.
