DIY time! 💎 Make your own beaded jewellery

One of my favourite hobbies is beading! I do it with my friends and grandma, who introduced beading to me as she used to buy way too many beads and not know how to use them up, so she'd ask me to make use of them 😂

It's a really simple and fun way to pass time and bond with friends if you make them with each other, so I thought to make a little beginner's guide for those who don't quite know how to start!

☝🏼 Tips:

Create a Pinterest board - If you're not the most creative person, a great way to get ideas is through Pinterest. And if you want to make unique designs, starting off with practicing and viewing existing designs can help you to develop your aesthetic sense!

Restart and recycle - To save yourself money, you can always reuse beads from previous projects. And to improve a design, never be lazy to take out beads to replace them or add on more, be patient!

Thrift - If you are looking for unique beads, you can go to thrift shops which do sometimes stock beads! Additionally, a lot of clothes have beads and I have harvested beads from thrifted clothes for previous projects.
