Civana Wellness Resort: My Experience

If you’re thinking of booking *that* trip… this is your sign!!

CIVANA Wellness Resort and Spa is one of the best spa resorts in the United States and I totally understand why after my trip! I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights for $2,900 (including all meals and spa treatments) in a double queen room.

🥑 Terras at CIVANA was the main restaurant on the resort and the food was INCREDIBLE. Each day I was amazed at how fresh each meal tasted. I included some of my favorite dishes above.

🧘🏻‍♀️Your stay comes with over 70 free classes that cover fitness, wellness, and journaling. I took about 3-5 classes every day and enjoyed (2) extras - a morning hike and aerial yoga. Both were amazing experiences!

🧖🏻‍♀️ The Spa at CIVANA is open on the days you book a treatment OR you can purchase a day pass. I tried the Revive to Thrive massage treatment and the Marine Superfoods Wrap. Both left my skin nourished and hydrated for the rest of the week! The spa also includes a steam room, a dry sauna, hot jacuzzi, and ice baths.
