Beetlejuice Cocktail 🍹🪲

Ingredients:

1.5 oz white rum

1 oz melon liqueur

1 oz fresh lime juice

0.5 oz blue curaçao

0.5 oz blackberry liqueur

Tonic water

Ice

Black sanding sugar (for rim)

Gummy worms

Plastic beetle toys (clean, for decoration)

Dry ice pellets (optional, for smoke effect - handle with caution)

Instructions:

Rim a tall glass with lime juice and dip in black sanding sugar.

Fill the glass with ice.

In a cocktail shaker, combine white rum, melon liqueur, lime juice, and ice.

Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, filling it about 2/3 full.

Slowly pour the blue curaçao down the side of the glass to create a layer.

Gently pour the blackberry liqueur in the same manner, allowing it to sink to the bottom.

Top off with a splash of tonic water for a slight fizz.

Garnish with 2-3 gummy worms, draping them over the rim and into the drink.

Place 1-2 clean plastic beetle toys on the rim or floating on top of the drink.

If using dry ice, add a small pellet just before serving for a smoky effect. (CAUTION: Never touch dry ice with bare hands or ingest it.)

Serve immediately, advising guests to stir before drinking to mix the layers.
