1) accept the parts of yourself you can’t change. embrace your curves, stretch marks, and imperfections. it makes you human. you deserve to love yourself inside and out <3

2) fake it ‘til you make it! hear me out- it’s about changing your mindset. acting like you’re confident makes you feel more confident. all of a sudden, you’ll notice you aren’t pretending anymore.

3) try not to compare yourself to others. especially others online. remember social media is fake. most people are still retouching and slimming and curving and smoothing. everyone has imperfections, even those who appear perfect.

4) be kind to yourself. this is also about changing your mindset. hyping yourself up in the mirror rather than thinking about what you want to change will do a lot for your confidence!
